Well, the Note 3 packs a higher RAM, better GPU and Better Samsung's Support, and the camera qualities are that you can record 4K video's and 720P at 120FPS, 1080 at 60FPS
I am impressed with this Note, cause I personally own a Note N7000(Original Note)
But, everyone has their personal preferences, and they matter in one way or other..
